Picture A Day - November 2006
The curling season has begun and it's my first night back on the ice.
It's November, so it must be winter. And here's the first snow to prove it.
An action shot of me walking the dog.
We forgot the gilling tools so we had to flip burgers with a bread knife and plastic fork. It worked just fine and the burgers were delicious.
Jacob didn't enjoy going shopping too much.
It turns out it's hard to take a picture of a black dog at night and get him properly in frame.
Guess what I did today.
Libby made some beautiful cranes for a mobile for our living room.
Our good friend Carole came over for dinner to see Jacob.
Jacob loves to try to stand up.
Gastronomically speaking, nothing goes with football better than pizza.
This guy looks like he's practically ready to drive off himself.
The boxed set on the right is a complete collection of Calvin and Hobbes that we got recently.
Jacob just wouldn't keep his socks on his feet tonight. This is where they ended up.
This is in a park near our house.
It was a rainy commute home today.
We've been growing this little plant from a single leaf clipping.
I don't want to talk about something else that happened today, so here's a picture of a little dog with a big bone.
We had a nice fire tonight.
My wall of Jacob at work.
There was a weird smoggy haze drifting through the city today.
Here's Jacob all spiffed up for Thanksgiving.
Relaxing with some Oreos after a busy day.
Libby wanted me to take a picture of a good meal so that it doesn't look like we just eat pizza and Oreos.
This is the top of Hard Rock Cafe's guitar shaped sign and Detroit's purely non-specific "holiday" tree in the background.
The sun was setting as we took a walk.
This is the aftermath of a play session with Jacob.
My perspective while playing with my boy.
